A person's faith helps define them as an individual and gives them character, honesty, morals and ethics. Faith gives the individual the fortitude to do the right thing no matter the circumstances. Knowing that a person has a religious background does not make them a better employee. Knowing that a person lives their religious upbringing does help help define that person's work ethic and decision making ability.
